Booking Conditions
1. A deposit of $200 per week is payable at the time of reservation. If you have to cancel and we can let to someone else for the same time, we will be happy to refund the deposit. This security deposit will also go to cover phone calls and excessive damages.
2. The rent is due three months before your arrival date.
We need this much notice as people tend to book so far ahead. This rent is NON REFUNDABLE, unless we can rent to someone else if you cancel.
3. Your reservation will be confirmed by mail, preferably e-mail.The house may be occupied from 3 pm on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of your departure to allow for cleaning. If the house is unoccupied the week before your rental you can move in any time, just let us know what time you expect to arrive.
4. The house will be checked when you leave and the mobile phone charges will be assessed. If you use an AT&T or other phone card, please check that they do not add a charge for using a mobile phone. Other guests have strongly recommended www.IDPhoneCard.com. You can use it with land lines, mobiles and pay phones and the balance can be used back home.
